According to AllHipHop, show promoter SM Global Union filed the lawsuit against the three artists, saying that they paid Ross $90,000 to perform for an hour, but alleges he only performed for 15 minutes before leaving the stage.
Waka Flocka and Meek Mill, meanwhile, are reportedly being sued for breaching their contracts by failing to advertise and promote the concert through their social networking sites.
All three performers were paid of a total of $225,000 to perform. SM Global Union seeks $226,000 in damages, as well as lost profits.
